Advanced Technology
All of our customers’ projects begin in our engineering department, where one of our project engineers assesses the job’s needs and models the parts using 3D CAD software. They determine the fastest and most cost-effective way to route the project through our shop, and program that route into our ERP software. We will give you a higher level of service and efficiency than any other metal fabrication company that offers similar metal manufacturing services.
Our advanced CNC machinery allows for accurate fabrication of your parts, each and every time. Our facility features CNC press brakes, lasers, plasma cutters, horizontal machining centers, vertical machining centers, and lathes, meaning we can handle orders of any complexity.
We also use modern welding machinery to further enhance our services and turnaround times. We have 2 robotic welders, and 24 welding stations, capable of MIG, TIG, and Stick welding, with 4 multiple axis positioners that can support up to 30,000 pounds. Our on-site AWS Certified Welding Inspector makes sure our welds are strong and meet industry standards, and our experienced welding team holds numerous welding certifications.
